STARTERS
- Sweetbread Duck Salad with Raspberry and Pumpkin Seeds Vinaigrette
- Goat cheese balls crumbled with nuts and tomato jam
- Black rice with alioli sauce
- Black pudding pie with vegetables and peppers dressing

 

SECOND DISH, OPTIONS TO CHOOSE

​- Baked cod with carrot cous cous and red peppers sprinkles

Grilled squids with persil-garlic dressing, onion-mustard sauce and pistachio sprinkles

 

-Tail pie in its sauce, blackberry jam and crunchy onion
- Duck Confit with Pedro Ximenez (Sweet Wine) Sauce​
