- Goat Cheese Salad with Bread Crumbs and a Touch of Honey and Mustard
- Chard Stalks Stuffed with Cod in Ink Sauce
- Mushroom Risotto 
- King Prawns with Crispy nuts and Dried Fruit, passion Fruit Coulis and ¨Mojo Picon¨ Vinaigrette

- Small Grilled Cuttlefish with Onion Mustard and an Iberian Crunchy Touch

- Duck Magret with Peach Purée and Caramel Shine 
- Tail pie in its sauce, blackberry jam and crunchy onion
