This adventure called Restaurante Deslorian started in 2008 with a very clear idea of the kind of cuisine wanted: a cuisine with creative nuances where a traditional basis is always present.

We think that there are many ways of understanding cuisine, and ours is this one: a cuisine with the best product at the best price, where flavours play a main role and where our main objective is to make the customer enjoy what they taste.  It is a kind of cuisine where we adapt the avant-garde techniques to our dishes in order to give them that piece of creativity and, why not, in order to get them to be different.

And we think that all this would not have been possible without all the people who relied on us; people that we try to thank by making things a little bit better day by day.
